I look at my current life and feel something rare: contentment. Not because everything is perfect — it isn’t — but because I understand enough about myself to know that this is what I actually want.
Understanding yourself is the foundation of fulfillment. Not wealth, not status, not the approval of others. If you don’t know who you are and what you genuinely need, no external arrangement will be enough.
The practice is mindful observation — watching the heart, watching the mind, watching what brings genuine ease and what creates friction. The heart is a reliable guide when you learn to listen to it.
Relax. Observe. Release when insights arise. That’s the whole practice.
