Recently, a friend sent me a beautiful AI-generated infographic summarizing articles I had just published. Vibrant, clear — one glance and you understood everything.

I use AI every day. But I chose not to make that infographic.

Why? Because I love the feeling of ideas naturally sprouting in my own mind when I read. They emerge slowly, connect, then suddenly become something uniquely mine — more alive than any AI image.

A pre-made infographic is just “fast food” for the brain. Convenient, quick, but it doesn’t nourish. It makes us passively receive instead of actively create.

I fear the day we grow so accustomed to AI pre-chewing everything that our minds stop chewing on their own — stop imagining, stop creating.

That’s when humans begin to shrink their brains.

Use AI as a tool. Never let it become your mind.
