A few thoughts for this Friday:
Three things I return to for learning: a good teacher, a good friend, and a good book. These three have never failed me.
Stop judging the virtue of others. It is not your job. Your job is to tend to your own character and connect with people who are doing the same.
The moment you stop trying to criticize and correct everyone around you, life becomes remarkably easier.
