An organic peanut garden in Di Linh, grown using the Fukuoka natural farming method — no chemicals, no intervention.
The process: spread seeds on grass fields, cut the grass to cover the seeds naturally. The cut grass protects seeds from birds while retaining moisture for germination.
The result is organic, chemical-free peanuts with a naturally sweet flavor and high nutrient density — suitable for eating raw. A yoga instructor in Hồ Chí Minh City first introduced me to the value of raw peanuts.
Harvest occurs 2–3 weeks after planting when peanuts reach ideal maturity.
