My keyboard has 105 keys. One of them is broken — it displays the wrong character. The other 104 work perfectly.

And yet that single broken key disrupts everything: I can’t submit a document correctly, can’t send a proper email, can’t complete basic tasks.

One key out of 105. Less than 1%. Still enough to undermine the whole.

This is how character works. A person can have 104 genuine strengths — and one persistent flaw that quietly negates them all in the eyes of others. Or one persistent flaw they keep excusing because “everything else is fine.”

Fix the key.
